​ The training center was founded and is directed by Aaron and Sarah Beecher, a dedicated family from the UK. The vision for the center started in 1995 in response to the need for vocational training for young adults, to create sustainable employment and income to support their families. Students undertake two-year training programs in the following trades: Carpentry & Furniture Making, Metalwork & Welding, Automotive Mechanics and Vegetable Gardening.
Our student’s lives and families are transformed through the partnership of high quality practical training and personal renewal by the gospel of Jesus Christ. Our passion and goal is to train for excellence so that graduates have the capacity to both train others and gain valuable employment.
